Cancellation Policy
Transient reservations are reserved exclusively for your vessel, and we often turn away other boaters once slips are committed. Our cancellation policy helps ensure fair availability of dock space and allows us to properly manage marina operations and staffing.
All transient reservations require a deposit equal to one night’s dockage plus applicable electric fees.
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to arrival (before 1:00 PM, three days prior to arrival) will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the full reservation deposit, (including electric fees).
• Reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival (after 1:00 PM the day prior), shortened stays, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total reserved dockage and electric fees.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through Dockwa messaging or email and confirmed by the marina. Dockwa message records will serve as proof of cancellation acknowledgment.
